Welcome to the reviews page. Here is the procedures for reviewing a source:

Find a submission by clicking on a "Tally" link from a participant. It is mandatory that you don't review your own submissions (obviously) and it is recommended that you spread out your reviews to many participants.
Check a newly cited source.
Document your findings in this page.
(recommended) If you need to make any adjustment to the article, prefix your edit summary with #NOV24REVIEW.
(recommended) Warn editors about their mistakes and sloppy work. If needed, you should raise your concerns at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Unreferenced articles.

In practice that just means a lot of copy-and-pasting in wikitext:

Each reviewer will have a dedicated section for reviewing. Have fun! Your role on the drive is extremely important and we are glad that you dedicated your time to do this grunt work.
