Let's move this

[edit]

@Valereee: Do you mind if I (or you) move this page to Wikipedia:Having a clue? I think this essay is valid enough to move to the project namespace. Steel1943 (talk) 18:09, 11 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It could also use a shortcut. I like this essay better than WP:CLUE –Novem Linguae (talk) 19:02, 11 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Steel1943, I'd love it if you'd move it, as a way of showing that at least one other editor thought this was ready. Valereee (talk) 19:22, 11 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Valereee: Done! I like where this essay is going, and beats the helpfulness of WP:CLUE by miles. I have a few ideas to expand on this as well, and I hope it sounds right. Steel1943 (talk) 19:32, 11 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The addition will have to do with the competency of the Wikipedia:Reader, once I can formulate it. (Was thinking of sectioning off everything but the first paragraph into a section called "Editors", then creating a new section for "Readers".) Steel1943 (talk) 19:46, 11 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Steel1943, please expand in any way that makes sense to you! This was completely just a spit-it-out-on-the-page creation. Valereee (talk) 00:32, 12 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Wondering if WP:CLUE should redirect here. The other is extremely short and intended as humor, so probably not all that useful to large numbers of people, and it's got multiple redirects. Valereee (talk) 16:25, 12 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The redirect Wikipedia:Clue has been listed at redirects for discussion to determine whether its use and function meets the redirect guidelines. Readers of this page are welcome to comment on this redirect at Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2023 July 16 § Wikipedia:Clue until a consensus is reached.
