Tips
  • Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
  • It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
  • If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
  • Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
  • If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
  • Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Happy editing! Cheers, Knitsey (talk) 20:57, 29 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked as a sockpuppet

[edit]
Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts as a sockpuppet of User:Wizkizayo per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Wizkizayo. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  —Ingenuity (t • c) 00:53, 17 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Greetings, please what’s my crime? Some years ago i and my colleagues might have misuse different accounts but please admins check my contributions and make me understand, I’m I blacklisted forever from editing on Wikipedia because come to think of it, I have never misuse my editing since 2022, and I’ve done good contributions, why do I keep getting banned? If Wikipedia dont want me to edit at all let me know, I edit with good faiths and yes I know I’m a good editor, please admins and editors forgive because I’m a changed please, why I don’t really understand is each time I try to edit, someone will tag me as a sock, the problem here is I’m i vandalism? I’m I editing in a wrong way? I’ve assumed good faith since 2022 and please I call on a good review to my request, it’s so painful that all my contributions gets deleted cux I’m banned, I just want to do what I love best please, I want my quest to be reviewed, thank you, also if i was that bad, my IP address would have been blocked also but it’s all good, I still love Wikipedia and I’ll still try to make edits for the love of it, (Special ping: Ingenuity), Thank you. Getreallycool (talk) 09:20, 18 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

It doesn't matter if you make good edits. You should not be editing under any account or IP address until the block on your original account is removed. You personally are blocked, not just your account. You need to return to your original account and request unblock there, but that is not going to succeed until you can show us that you are capable of abiding by these instructions and policies by not editing under any account for at least six months. If your original account is not blocked on other Wikimedia Foundation projects(like other language Wikipedias or the Simple English Wikipedia) you may edit those in the meantime, to show you can contribute as policy asks. That's your only pathway forward here, if you are unwilling to that, you are just wasting everyone's time here. 331dot (talk) 11:09, 18 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I don’t have access to Wizkizayo, I was not the one with the logins thats the issue, back then, I was only able to edit, they logged in the account on my phone so I don’t have access to the account please. Getreallycool (talk) 12:44, 18 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Getreallycool, well, you can still follow the advice not to sock and to work on another WikiMedia project for six months to show you can be a productive editor. In six months, return here and state your problem with logging into your original account. But just becauase you can't access the original account isn't an excuse to sock. Prove that you can follow Wikipedia policies and then return and you can talk again with an admin. Liz Read! Talk! 00:13, 3 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
